Going to the gym is now a hobby for me, it isn’t just a place to workout it’s a community, a team, everyone works together and there is a real sense of belonging.
Tyneside has allowed me to become fitter and stronger without doing any extra training or trying to target specific areas, it’s just happened naturally by going 4 - 5 times a week!
There's also We Dominate Nutrition to help with the food side of things and personally Tyneside and WDN have helped me lose just over 14kg in 12 months.
My favourite thing about Tyneside is how welcome you feel, new or experienced member, everyone’s respected and made to feel important. The coaches are amazing, their knowledge and patience is applaudable. They know just how far to push you, and that feeling that you have where you couldn’t physically work any harder after a work out is completely blissful.
I would 100% recommend Tyneside for anyone, even if it’s just to go in and have a walk around, speak to someone, take part in the Gold Intro Package!
